Description: My client, an expanding and successful business based in Milton Keynes require a strong technical accountant to join them as a senior Financial Accountant. Working closely with Finance Manager in an enthusiastic and professional environment and supervising a team of 3, your role will take responsibility for the preparation of the statutory and management accounts, ensuring compliance and developing a strong financial accounting team. Applicants will hold a full accountancy qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) and have a positive and proactive approach. The role will specifically include; - Production of financial accounts - Cash flow reporting - Liaise with auditors - Balance Sheet reconciliation - Journal Management - Maintain and improve financial systems and processes - Train and mentor your team - Ad hoc work The ideal candidate will have previous experience of preparing statutory accounts and have experience in a commercial environment. My client offers excellent prospects and has exciting future plans.
