Description: HR Advisor - Public Sector Organisation - Southampton - up to £25,400 per annumWe are currently working with one of the largest employers in the South to help them recruit an experienced HR Advisor. This opportunity has become available within one of the largest Trusts in the country. Serving approximately 1.25 million people with an annual budget of around £1.576 billion, this is a new post within the structure and you will be working closely with managers to provide HR support and advice.On a day to day basis you will be dealing with complex employee relations issues, in particular absence management and grievance case work, you will also be responsible for the development of HR policies and procedures.
