Description: Project Manager / HR Specialist My exclusive client requires a project manager / Project Lead / Business Analyst to look at their Human Capital Management and HRIS. You will be involved in the 1st phase of the project taking business strategy and identifying data gaps and system/competence gaps. Coordinating and analysing results. Making submissions to the board on future metrics and the benefits of Human Capital Management (HCM). You will also be required to lead the project group on building a business case for HRIS and collating with other departments requirements for HRIS.
