Description: Job Title: Financial Controller Working Options: Permanent Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Bens Location: London Bridge Job Specification: This international Advertising Agency based in trendy offices overlooking the London skyline are looking for a Financial Controller to join their growing and thriving international business that has tripled turnover in the last 2 years. As the sole charge Financial Controller, you will be required to manage the purchase and sales ledgers, credit control and general accounts including accruals and prepayments, nominal ledger journals and reconciliations and production of the monthly trial balance. In addition, the Financial Controller will be expected to be able to produce a profit and loss account and balance sheet statement at month end. The company use Sage Line 50 and, ideally, you should have experience of this accounts package up to and including the production of the monthly P+L and balance sheet. There will be external support when you initially join to assist you with the month end process, but the Financial Controller will be expected to take these duties fully on board within 3 months. Please note, that to be considered for this opportunity, the Financial Controller will need to display very strong communication skills, the ability to provide explanations to the Directors in a quick and concise manner and the ability to move quickly and to work to occasional tight deadlines.
