Description: This is an exciting role in an established and extremely successful retail group in the Middle East. The company has been trading for over twenty years and now has over 1,300 stores across twelve countries. It employs a significant number of UK nationals, and has employees from 37 countries and is set to continuespearheading the expansion of more than 50 world-class leading retail brands.We are looking for an exceptional individual who has comfortably operated at the most senior level of a business with exemplary credentials. Ideally, you will have led a substantial marketing or brand function within a large international leading retail chain. In addition, gained experience in managing major franchisors. Some of this experience will almost certainly been achieved at international level.The mandate for the successful candidate will be to double the current store portfolio which is already substantial over the next three years and deliver significant growth for the retail division of our client. Based in Kuwait, but with extensive travel requirements, the role calls for significant business & brand strategy development to define a 3 -5 year business plan for this brand as a franchise operation. Driving performance from existing operations and territories and achieving consistency associated with a Top 50 leading brand will be paramount.Therefore this individual will be an outstanding leader with excellent communication skills.
