COMPANY: Exciting forward thinking gaming software company- Full Company details will be given on application THE ROLE: An exciting opportunity to work in a mission critical environment where PR is the forefront of the UK news and media. Your role will be to develop, manage and deliver the strategy for all retail Public Relations (PR) in order you communicate, build and support this large company brand in this state of the art environment. You delivery will ensure continued growth in the retention and acquisition of customers. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:-Create and execute PR plans that maximise timely media coverage through each products' lifecycle.-Ensure an excellent profile for the company and its products in UK media - both games media and consumer media.-Maintain established close relationships with UK media, especially games writers across specialist and consumer media channels, to deliver timely and targeted coverage.-Media events - planning and management of all UK media events and assisting in preparation of international media events held within the UK.-Proactive liaison with Central Communications and Brand Management group to schedule and obtain assets-Day-to-day management of UK press in key media sectors to drive coverage-Preparing plans, executing activities and placing stories/products to drive coverage in mass market media -PR agency sourcing, pitches, briefing, planning and day-to-day management for consumer media support programmesCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of immediate, or recent, PR experience working directly with UK media, agencies and operations.THE PACKAGE: Basic salary of up to £45,000+ Benefits LOCATION: Warwickshire, Northampton, West Midlands, East Midlands Mackenzie Jones work with clients and candidates from a range of marketing disciplines across the whole of the UK.
