Description: Invigorate Recruitment is looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Services Co-ordinator in Lancashire, responsible for the execution of all marketing activity both on and offline. This includes all brochure productions and direct mail plus other internal publications. Ensuring that all work is cost effective whilst still maintaining brand quality, meets set deadlines. Duties: Developing a given brief and following it through to a finished mail piece/launch pack etc. Sourcing and obtaining quotes from design agencies, printers and mail-houses to provide the most cost effective piece. Developing creative to ensure that design reflects target audience and has maximum impact. Proofing for accuracy, signing off and then making sure that the item is printed and mailed on time. Brochure Production - Co-ordination and execution of all brochure productions through liaising with internal managers and external agencies. Responsible for ensuring that the brochures are kept within budget, on brand and meet strict launch deadlines. Also responsible for ensuring that all information in the brochures is accurate and for final sign off. Acting as a key point of contact and source of expertise for all parties. On line Creative - Working with the e-commerce team to develop emails to coincide with programme launch and other offers. Briefing agency on required creative, then signing off the final piece in HTML format for the e-commerce team to distribute.Internal Productions - Working with departments within VRG to produce other documents required to support the brands (e.g. owner documents, customer information etc). Ensuring that all work is delivered efficiently, cost effectively and within negotiated budgets and pre agreed deadlines.Advertising - Working in conjunction with the CAM and appointed external suppliers to ensure that correct advertisements and media activities appear as scheduled. Key responsibility of ensuring that unique telephone numbers etc are correctly allocated for tracking purposesWe are seeking a candidate with the following: Educated GCSE level including good passes in English and MathsDegree in relevant subjects (e.g. Marketing, Communications, Business)Other professional qualifications, e.g. CIM, IDMCreative and the ability to suggest new formats and design ideasFamiliar with print processes and productionAbility to work in a pressurised environment and meet strict deadlinesFamiliar with design packages (Quark etc)Competent in the use of Word and ExcelAbility to manage budgets2 years relevant experience in a marketing/design/production/travel environmentExperience in marketing, particularly strategyExperience of print/production
