This well appointed client require a Second Chef to work a 40 hour week - 8 hour days - to develop existing menus and to prepare & cook good quality home made food using the best ingredients and in impressive surroundings. Your expertise will also be required to cater for occasional functions. This role involves cooking for large volumes of people - as an experienced Chef you will have the ability to remain calm and deliver under pressure, have a flexible approach and a can-do attitude.
