Description: My client is a fast moving media company who is looking for an Account Director to provide the following:-Managing the day to day running of projects with multiple clients. -Ensuring all work is completed to client (& agency) satisfaction – both own and that of team members;-Manage, develop, train and motivate team members;-Overseeing creative development – from creative briefs to final execution, ensuring highest standards are maintained and timings are met;-Ensuring delivery of digital product to highest level;-Controlling significant budgets on behalf of the client;-Accurate forecasting and delivery of revenue for team.Forecast update required monthly by Client Services Director;-Working with the Account Managers and other team members to identify opportunities with existing clients;-Proactively developing the client relationship.Specific Account responsibilities:·The role requires strong management of a diverse range of clients who range from senior brand managers to marketing executives;·The Account Director will be responsible for the day-to-day project delivery of the company’s output for all of the creative and technical work produced for these clients;·The role requires strong time management, project management and a proactive nature;·Knowledge of Interactive is essential.Additional knowledge of print, direct mail and POS preferred;·Ideally, the chosen candidate will have previously worked on web builds and micro sites;·Impressive grasp of the creative and production process – to help maintain the highest levels of finished creative work across the account and contribute to further award winning campaigns;·Previous FMCG experience is desirable, but not essential.Skills and Experience Required:Technical·Windows, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook skills;·Good understanding of Interactive (80:20 digital to offline account);·Production and technical knowledge desirable;·Financial management & analytics (numeric skills);·Previous experience in digital is essential.Professional·Presentation skills (oral expression);·Strong proactive thinker;·Team player;·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills·Self-motivated and entrepreneurial with the desire to take advantage of the many opportunities on this diverse account; there are significant opportunities to grow the accounts.This is a great chance to join a fantastic company!If this sounds like you, get in touch!
