Description: An excellent opportunity has arisen to manage a residential home for up to 18 physically disabled people in Cheltenham Gloucester, providing the specialist care and support to meet their individual needs. My client is also developing supported living; and have 8 flats to promote their philosophy that service users have the opportunity to enjoy the chance to live independent lives.The Manager will be required to manage both the residential side and supported housing side, as one scheme.We are looking for a person with experience in managing services for people with a physical or learning disability. They should have experience in managing income and expenditure budget and performance in particular quality assurance systems and person centered planning.Its important you hold or are studying for a management qualification, such as NVQ 4 (or equivalent), and should be willing to study for NVQ Assessor and Verifier STR Health Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
