If so we are keen to hear from you.OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To provide commercial and contractual support for all operations of the relevant projects division.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:To provide commercial assistance to the Project Managers to enable the full commercial implecations of a contract to be understood and appropriately managed.To assist the Project Managers in the control of contract management issues including payment applications, claims procedures, final account assessments, etc.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES · Provide assistance to the projects Division and sales department in reviewing contractual requirements.· Provide assistance to the Project Managers to review customer commercial requirements in order to apply appropriate contract management procedures.· To assist the Project Managers in managing client and supplier disputes.· Develop the commercial management aspects of the Divisions procedures and processes including the development of new toolsRequiredGood level of experience in a similar roleExcellent IT skillsDegree qualified in a relevant discipline with additional professional qualifications
