Description: Johnson Controls has a fantastic opportunity for a Travel Administrator / Travel Coordinator to join our busy team based at a key client account in Sunbury.The successful applicant will have excellent communication and administration skills and thrive in a busy and challenging environment.The role would suit an organised and proactive administrator with the ability to build effective relationships.While specific travel administration experience isn’t essential, the successful applicant must be able to think on their feet, be very resourceful and have worked in a demanding customer focused environment.This is a great opportunity to make your mark within a key account and to grow and develop a varied and challenging role.The Role of the Travel Administrator / Travel Coordinator:Administration of the travel survey including issuing and reviewing resultsReporting travel survey results to the Property Manager and include recommendations for improvementsManagement of the client travel Intranet siteProviding personalised journey planning advise to staff and visitors as requiredPromotion of the car share scheme, reviewing feedback of the scheme and dealing with any associated customer queriesAdministration of the Car Park Audits, Vehicle fleet and Bicycle User GroupAdministration of the shuttle bus contract including facilitating regular management reviews, timetable reviews, analysis of journey times and escalating issues as appropriateDeveloping and implementing new strategies when appropriateThe ideal Travel Administrator / Travel Coordinator should have/be:Administration experience in a demanding customer focused environmentAdvanced Word, Excel and ideally PowerPoint skillsAbility to build effective relationships quickly and effectively with a measured and diplomatic approachStrong analytical skillsResourceful, self starter who can work in a stand alone roleExperience managing transport and associated activities would be beneficial but not essentialBenefitsWe offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits together with genuine opportunities for you to develop your skills and build on your career.Our employees enjoy working in an environment that offers great advancement opportunities, training, benefits and much more.Recognised as the world’s leading provider of Real Estate, Facilities Management Solutions and Building Controls, a career with Johnson Controls can take you anywhere and offers opportunities for professional development and personal growth.
