The role involves: new business development (cold calling) clients, sourcing suitable candidates & negotiating Terms of Business with clients. You need to have excellent sales skills preferably business to business, the ability to be persuasive and sell in a professional / consultative manner. Your working day will be demanding, fast moving and dynamic. You will be expected to earn 25k - 30k within your first year as an achievable OTE, with the chance to earn an uncapped amount of commission.
