City Centre Firm are seeking an experienced receptionist/switchboard operator with knowledge of excel / word / and email. Main Function:Provide receptionist and switchboard operator duties at main entrance to building.Tasks Required:Handle incoming calls on Meridian Console, taking appropriate actions dependent on enquiry.Greeting visitors to building and informing relevant member of staff of their arrival.Accepting deliveries where appropriate. and informing staff of deliveries Maintaining diary/updating electronic booking system for meeting room bookings ensuring bookings are confirmed by email to Reception with any requirements for provision of equipment, setting-up of furniture.Signing in/out security swipe cards accessing remote areas. Monitoring their return to reception.Ordering taxis on account.Hours are 8.30am to 1pm Monday to Friday but with the flexibility to do full time hours when the full time receptionist is on holiday or absentEducated to GCSE or equivalent level, to include English Language level B or above is desirable5 weeks holidays pro ratacont pension scheme after qualifying periodfree uniform after 3 monthsHealth Scheme
