Your focus will be on creating tailor-made strategies that make sure that they get the best out of Barclays, from our award-winning products and services. As well as managing all aspects of these relationships, you will also identify opportunities to grow your portfolio. That will include working with key business introducers and creating an ongoing referral business from existing customers. At the same time, you will use your expertise to support the development of junior colleagues.About youYour profile will mark you out as a special kind of person. You will be passionate about providing a consultative approach to sales and exceptional customer service. Building those sales across a portfolio of customers will be nothing new to you. You will be an exceptional networker with an extensive knowledge of the small business market and a keen insight into customer needs.
