Description: Buyer / Construction Buyer / Procurement ManagerUp to £36,000A regional contractor based in the Midlands region with a turnover in excess of £25m are currently recruiting a Buyer.The successful buyer will be based out of their head office in Leicester working on projects covering most construction sectors including education, health, local authority and commercial sectors covering the Midlands. Duties as Buyer:* Reporting directly to the Construction Director* Working on projects up to £7m in value* You will be competitively purchasing subcontract and material packages on a range of projects.* Assistance with material scheduling* Producing monthly reports detailing buying gains and losses measuredPackage as Buyer:The successful Buyer will receive a competitive salary, a fully expensed car or allowance, 24 days holiday, private medical care, company pension scheme.
