Description: This is a varied positioning which you will be working with students through an academy. You will be visiting the students and offering coaching and mentoring support. You will be delivering presentations and helping with CV preparation for students for potential opportunities. This is a consultative role but ultimately you will be expected to pro-actively help secure employment for students of teaacademy by performing telesales and visiting clients. However it is a warm sales role as introduction fees are favourable. This role would ideally suit someone from a recruitment background but this is not essential. This role will be a mixture of consultation and training work combined with sales and securing placements for students. The company currently have opportunities in Londonand Birmingham. An attractive package to include a basic salary of £25k per annum plus a 5k car allowance and excellent commission structure.
