Description: Facilities Management Account Manager Salary: £45,000Location: SurreyOur Client is currently looking for an exceptional FM Account Manager (Facilities Manager) to manage a full range of services for a prestigious site in Surrey. You will be ultimately responsible for the management of cleaning, catering, reception, building services and grounds maintenance as well as the scope to develop the IFM solution further.Reporting to the Account Director, you will not only develop and lead your team but ensure the Facilities Management services provided to our client is beyond exceptional. A strong track record in a similar senior role with proven experience managing key relationships with 3rd party business is crucial. Broad commercial and business acumen is essential as is knowledge of external industry developments and FM contract models. FM qualifications or equivalent education and experience is highly desired as is IOSH and NEBOSH certificates.
