Description: DEPUTY STORE MANAGER - FOOTWEAROur client, a retailer of designer brand shoes, has been established for 25 years and has 21 stores across the UK. We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic deputy manager for their women’s only footwear store in Epsom. You must have a min of 1 year exp in the SAME role but this would be ideal for someone looking to progress to management level within 1 year as other opportunities are available in the location and further field.Purpose of job: To assist the store manager to achieve the sales and cost budgets set for the store, and to deliver their unique customer service experience.Responsibilities:To assist the store manager with the following:• Active management of the sales.• Rigorous management of the store operating costs.• Recruit, develop and motivate individuals.• Deliver the agreed standards of customer service.• Ensure that all company procedures are implemented consistently.
