Description: This large, national organisation requires an HR Manager to support the Head Office function based in North London.Responsible for a team of 3 HR professionals, you will also support circa 1000 HR people across the business, managing Shared Services, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits and Generalist HR teams. With extensive experience in a generalist HR role, you will have skills in employee relations, recruitment, organisational development and projects such as change management and succession planning. You will be a dynamic individual with the drive and resilience to promote change and new initiatives throughout the business. Preferably CIPD qualified, you will also be flexible to spend two days per week out in the business and also to travel to the office in the North of England approximately once every month.
