Description: Great opportunity to join a large organisation near East Croydon train station. The role is to provide ongoing support and coaching for Team Leaders in the effective delivery and management of the Direct T&C Framework * To provide specialist coaching support to Operations staff * To work together with the QA team to ensure training messages are reflected in quality monitoring procedures * To develop training projects, including product training and soft skills and sales training * To deliver training courses to support customer facing staff and activities. Essential Experience in designing and delivering training Proven ability to train and motivate others Excellent coaching skills Proven ability to develop and maintain service standards Excellent communication skills Excellent organisational and time management skills Basic keyboard and PC skills Desirable Call centre / customer service experience Experience of working in an FSA regulated organisation Coaching or training experience in a sales environment
