Description: We are a highly successful, multi-national company who are currently looking to strengthen their workforce by recruiting a Flash Welder Setter Operator. As a flash welder setter/operator you will be: · Setting up and operating a Resistance "Flash" Welder · Working with other departments to ensure quality of the product is achieved · Using measuring equipment to check tolerances · Filling in production sheets The ideal flash welder setter/operator will have the following skills and experience: - Previous Flash or Resistance Welding setting and operating experience - Experience of working within a hot metal processing environment - Ability to conduct own quality checks - Previous working knowledge of measuring equipment including Micrometers, Verniers etc - Excellent communication skills both written and verbally Hours of work will be on a rotating 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm shift and must be flexible for overtime when required. In return you will receive a salary of £9.27 per hour and excellent career prospects
