Description: Hours of Work - 37.5 hrs per week 8.30 - 5.00 (1hr lunch)Excellent basic salary is on offer (dependant on experience) with the chance to earn a fantastic OTE driven by your ability to win and service new clients.A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the UK’s largest independent multi-metals stock holder.We are looking ideally for an individual who has a proven track record in a sales environment, has the drive and ambition to not only meet but exceed targets and drive their commission scale into the fast lane.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing allocated accounts from enquiry through to invoice whilst maintaining accurate and easily accessible information via the company computer system.Main Tasks Include• Meet or exceed gross profit target set for each customer• Achieve product targets set for each customer• Negotiate payment terms with a view to improve on return or investment• Respond to queries and enquiries within an agreed timescale• Control Stock Levels for customers within agreed company limits• Perform all administration functions relevant to the role.We are looking for pro-active candidates with previous sales experience that have a proven track record in relationship building that can also demonstrate excellent negotiating skills. The successful candidate will be able to evidence good communications skills both written and verbal whilst paying attention to detail. Attractive Salary dependant on experience with Company Pension Scheme and Company Uncapped Profit Share Scheme available to successful candidate
