Yes? Then our city centre client are looking for you!
Providing an administrative, financial & banking service to the office, your duties will include general administration including preparing documents to Board level including the use of MS PowerPoint; inputting information into databases; minutes of weekly team meetings; accounting duties including bank reconciliations, invoices & petty cash; arranging & co-ordinating events.
You will be the first point of contact for the office so must have excellent communication skills, including a professional telephone manner. A knowledge of Sage would be advantageous.
