Description: Buyer – Home TextilesLeading national multi-product retailer is looking to strengthen their Homewares team with the addition of an experienced Retail Buyer. You will be a strong negotiator and have previous experience buying a range of Homewares products. Experience in buying HomeTextiles [Cushions, Throws, Tablewares, Bedding etc ] would be advantageous,however candidates with experience of buying any Homewares category for a major multi-site retailer will be considered. The key responsibilities of this role will include:·Negotiating cost prices·Developing new products·Evaluating the supplier base·Building strong working relationships with suppliers·Selecting a market leading product range ·Driving category growth via setting promotional strategies·Analysing ranges to identify underperforming productsThis position offers market leading career progression and development and an excellent remuneration package including company car and bonus.
