Description: Our client is a national independent lettings and property management group with offices across the uk. They have an opening for an experienced Lettings Branch Manager in one of their Greater Manchester offices.Company ObjectiveTo maximise returns for clients in accordance with contractual requirements, report swiftly, accurately and establish a “best in class” reputation for the business in its key market areas.To deliver the company’s financial objectives and performance targets for each year.Job Summary:To maximise the performance of the companies lettings office through effective management and development of staff, processes and systems.To ensure all performance targets are met whilst complying with legislative, best practice and client requirements.Job Description:• In accordance with the Procedure Manual (as amended from time to time)• Managing the office, staff and staff performance in accordance with their terms as set out by the Company.• Driving the business forward to achieve new clients and increase office profitability, through advertising and other marketing initiatives.• Administering account functions for the office, e.g. petty cash, authorising expenses, invoices, banking.•Ensuring staffing requirements are met and being able to provide adequate cover during periods of staff absence.• Achieving monthly letting targets and annual budget.• Satisfactorily resolving client queries and complaints.• Ensuring office complies with all current legal practices within our business.• Ensuring all administrative office procedures are adhered to, e.g. keeping property file notes up to date, transferring telephone messages to property files as appropriate etc.•Visiting clients / prospective clients properties as required.The ideal candidate in brief:* Must have experience at manager level in the lettings industry.* Have a proven track record of delivering results.* Excellent man management skills.* Have the ability to train and motivate others.* Strong business acumen and business development skills.* Self driven and tenacious.For more information please contact Nicola Davis on 01484 437420 or email nicola.davis@amrgroup.co.uk
