Description: Quantity Surveyor / EstimatorFollowing the retirement of the incumbent Quantity Surveyor, I am recruiting a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator for an established business based in Basingstoke. Formed in 1999, they have completed prestigious residential and commercial developments across Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey and Wiltshire.Their work includes Small Residential Developments, Commercial Builds, Refurbishments and Office Developments.Working within the small works division, responsible for projects up to £500k, you will be expected to have a proven history of residential or commercial building. You will be tasked with all financial aspects of the contracts including; Producing tender documentation, collating sub contract tender packages and appointing sub contractors, estimating and ordering materials, producing final accounts.The successful applicant may have a background from a Sub Contractor, Main Contractor or Residential Developer and you are likely to be formally qualified.Please submit your CV or call Graham White for a confidential discussion.
