Description: Arrears Officer (Repossession and Loss Recovery Department) Arrears Officer Required! An exceptional opportunity has just arisen for a highly motivated individual to join a leading Finance Company. Our client is looking to recruit an Arrears Officer reporting to the Repossessions and Loss Recovery Manager. The Job: As Arrears Officer you will assist the Repossessions and Loss Recovery Manager to manage the repossession portfolio and to maximise recoveries on cases where loss have been incurred. You will also be required to complete audits and provide support in managing the relationship with the business partners. The Person: Our client is looking for someone with previous collections experience in the mortgage industry, excellent negotiation/relationship management skills and a high degree of PC literacy. Desirable: Repossession sales and recoveries experience, experience of working with an outsource provider and Institute of Credit Management or CeMap qualified.
