Description: Interim Reward Manager Manchester£45,000 + benefitsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a large and growing retail business in Manchester. The main purpose will be to manage the operational delivery of Reward within the UK business and support in the development and implementation of wider HR and reward strategies .Key Responsibilities: -Provision of management information to audit and evaluate the current reward strategy with a view to increasing effectiveness, clarity and transparency.-Provide accurate and relevant information on compensation programmes to allow senior management to make informed decisions. -Evaluating, designing, developing and implementing regional specific policies, processes and documentation to maintain alignment with the current and future HR and business strategy. -Study new or pending changes in global reward issues, industry Practices or legislative changes. Analyse and evaluate the financial impact on the business-Project management and analysis for the compensation review including provision of accurate data and management information to Directors and Senior HR.-Benchmarking organisational reward and benefits packages against the market-Establishing relationships with key stakeholders to meet UK and International business specific needs, acting as an advisor to the business.-Providing expert advice and operational support to SMT and business partnering teams on compensation and benefits policies and practices; e.g. Benchmarking, Interaction between reward and performance management system, Salary and Bonus guidelines and share schemes..SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:-Graduate calibre-Proven track record of compensation and benefits policy improvement -Operational as well as strategic reward experience is necessary -Highly numerate with the ability to analyse data, draw conclusions, recognise implications and generate solutions-Extensive HR systems exposure-Confident and credible reasoning and communication skills -Strong relationship management skills-Consultancy skills - able to define problems and deliver appropriate solutions-Training and licences-Experience within a large blue chip would be a distinct advantage-Systems and technical knowledge-Soft skillsThis is an excellent opportunity so join a growing a lively business.
