Well established Company on Cardiff outskirts has opportunity for Secretary / Receptionist to join them. Reporting to the Operations Director the main duties of the role will be:-To provide secretarial / admin support to a senior member of staff, making travel arrangements, organising meetings, managing diary and typing of correspondence. In addition will also provide general office support to include responding and directing incoming calls, assisting in the maintenance and updating of the company handbook, undertaking post and banking duties, managing the office diary and liasing / negotiating with office suppliers.Applicants must have previous secretarial / admin / reception experience and be well organised with attention to detail. Good communication skills are essential together with good client care skills as will be in contact with a range of external clients. A high level of IT literacy to include copy typing will be required and applicants must be happy to learn new systems.
