They arecurrently looking to appointPathways Personal Advisor in CrawleyJob outlineResponsible for a caseload of customers on Pathways from their commencement through to their successful entry into workTo undertake a full diagnostic interview as part of the 1st WFI ( Work Focused Interview) and then drawing up a comprehensive Back to Work Action PlanResponsible for the delivery of up to four further Work Focused Interviews which take place once a monthTo ensure that all possible provision (free) is accessed to the benefit of the client as an enabler to their returning to workTo meet targets To offer benefit advice.Benefits22 days holiday plus bank holidaysTraining allowance Health Care Death in service coverPension
