Description: dh personnel require a Chef (or experienced caterer / cook) to cover sickness and holidays in the Newcastle area. Best suited to a chef with experience of catering cafe style on traditional local food.This may just be a few days to start but could turn into something more in the future if succesful. Day shifts currently available between 8am and 4pm cooking breakfasts for a counter service restaurant and ongoing through the lunch service whilst prepping for the following day.
