Description: Buyer / Purchasing role - 25k - 30k - Transport£25k - £30K dependant on skills and experience 08:30 - 16:30 Mon-FriBuyer"Spend analysis, to identify target cost saving opportunities, using both SAP and Business Warehouse reporting."Management of existing contracts through the use Service Level Agreements."Contract negotiations for goods and services not already contracted or pending existing contract expiry, utilising 'Smartsource' e-procurement tool where appropriate."Maintain market intelligence and periodically benchmark, to validate current costs and identify opportunities for improvement."Resolve / escalate queries received from business with regards to supplier performance."Ensure compliance to existing national or local contracts. "Ensure compliance to Procurement Policies.Key skills required Experience with using Sap and negotiating service level agreements.
