Description: Working on a prestigious estate in the Gloucestershire area, you will overseethe tactical accommodation services across the buildings. You will ensure the delivery of a high quality 24 hour electrical, mechanical, public health and building fabric operation and maintenance service on all sites managing all contractual liabilities including statutory compliance, SLA’s and KPI’s. You will manage an in-house team and oversee sub-contractors and work very closely with the various stakeholders ensuring that all service levels are met. You will preferably be qualified to building services degree, with an understanding of links to other facilities management disciplines and a membership of appropriate professional bodies relevant to this role.
