Description: My client is an international company specializing in the development, manufacturing and marketing of advanced single-use healthcare devices and dental implants. You will offer product advice and provide delivery information to customers and ensure the products are delivered correctly and on time. You will liaise with the dispatch team to make certain products on order are available and follow up customer should any problems arise. KEY TASKS include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Opens incoming and prepares outgoing mail, approving and processing orders.Operates computer terminal/keyboard to process customer orders/collections, updating product prices as necessaryInputs new information on in-house software and all relevant informationCompares data entered with original documents and verifies accuracyCalls customers with regard to their orders, products queries, returns & complaintsTakes telephone orders, arranges deliveries, chases up deliveries & product collectionsSorts, files & stores completed orders and other records in computer files or in other paper storage files. Makes & files copies of correspondence or other printed matterComposes and types routine customer & user correspondencePlaces orders for out-sourced products, liaising with warehouseProcesses orders and deliveries by phone, liaising with warehouse, couriers and usersChases outstanding documents for orders already sent, via letter and telephoneCarries out follow up procedures for customers by letter and telephoneCompletes referral forms for product queries and pass on to AdvisorRuns reports for sales team and end of day reportsSKILLSYou will have experience in customer service, ideally within a call centre environmentYou will communicate clearly and confidently face to face, over the telephone and in writingYou will be considerate, tactful and empathetic when dealing with customersYou will be a people person and enjoy working in a team environmentComputer literate: Word, Excel, Outlook – ability to be trained on 2 internal database systemsQUALIFICATIONSMinimum of GCSE Maths and English
