Description: Are you available immediately and looking for temporary and contract Reception work? We require an abundance of receptionists for contract bookings in and around the West End. If you have an excellent telephone manner, are immaculate in appearance and have previous reception experience, please forward your CV today.The Role:The typical duties of a contract Receptionist would be to answer the busy switchboard and transfer calls in a polite and courteous manner, take accurate messages where necessary, meeting and greeting clients, colleagues and customers in an appropriate manner, ad hoc administrative duties.Who we're looking for:A smart appearance and an excellent telephone manner is ESSENTIAL! A suit is preferable for front of house roles although not always a pre-requisite. A good working knowledge of/ experience of a switchboard is preferred although not all companies use them and full training is usually supplied.
