Description: Our client is a leading player in the Construction industry and is now recruiting a Regional Learning & Development Manager. The role will cover Manchester, Leeds, the North East and parts of Scotland. The successful individual will need to travel flexibly across this region and also attend a weekly-fortnightly meeting in Bedfordshire.The role is designed to provide generalist learning and development services to the business and design/deliver core company training programmes i.e. technical, graduate, soft skills and management development.You will be responsible for achieving external accreditations i.e. Investors in People and communicate company L&D initiatives to senior management/directors. Developing long standing business relationships is essential for this role. With experience in a multi site L&D role, you will have experience of e-learning design and preferably be from a construction/utilities background although exceptional candidates will be considered from other sectors.A car/allowance will be made available.
