Description: A global leader on the frontline of the logistics arena is currently looking for an individual to make an impact within their HR team.You will act in an advisory capacity to line management on all legal aspects of employment law, training, coaching and guiding them to deal with the full range of ER issues. Overseeing and participating in recruitment activity, you will ensure timely provision of staff across 3 sites ensuring all HR tools are inducted and utilised within the changing and growing business.As you will be on the frontline of administration across 3 sites, you will also facilitate the appraisal processes and develop relationships with the trade unions. There will be great opportunity to have involvement in project work and assist in the development of site succession planning.To be a suitable candidate for this role you will have a direct approach, have experience in developed coaching, psychometric testing and a sound knowledge of employment law.
