Description: Rapidly expanding multi channel retailer is now looking for a Retail Manager / Store Manager for their new branch in Cardiff. You will have previous experience as a key holder opening and closing a retail branch, managing a team of staff (c 7 people+) and being responsible for a stock file and cash / banking. You may have been a department manager, duty manager, deputy manager, floor manager or similar in a large retail business or have managed a smaller outlet as the general manager. The ideal candidate will have exposure to Trade Counter / DIY environments although this is not necessary.
