This FTSE 100 company is looking to recruit a Regional Assessment Manager to enhance the competency of the recruitment and selection processes across business units.Responsible for coaching and driving managers to work effectively within the assessment and selection framework, the successful candidate will focus upon managing the delivery of recruitment activities within their remit and ensure the resource forecast requirements of the region are effectively met.Key responsibilities for the role will include:-*Delivery of assessment and selection activities within a given region / business unit across all grades and hiring profiles*Monitor individual manager performance / participation in assessment & selection activities. Identify any individual training / coaching requirements to bring their performance to desired level. *Roll out and deliver regional coaching and educational training programmes to hiring managers to "licence? them to participate in and perform recruitment activities*Work to ensure effective inclusion of assessment and selection activities into the overall recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.*Work collaboratively with the business to build a localised month by month resource forecast at local level*Using the forecast provided, build a demand schedule of assessment centres required by role by location on a rolling quarterly basis *Work collaboratively with other regions to share resources to meet peaks and troughs of demand as far as is feasible*Support the review of any assessment tools and methodologies used across the business*Report monthly on assessment centres deliveredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED*BPS Level A & B Qualified*Senior stakeholder and people management experience*Statistical analysis skills*Attraction & Selection methodology*Budget management*Have worked in a recruitment and/or HR specialist role with experience of working across diverse and complex business units, ideally within talent development or resourcing*Good understanding of employment law*Good understanding of assessment tools and techniques and how they are typically used*Understanding and experience of delivering of different recruitment methods and techniques and competency models.*Knowledge of end-to-end 'best practice' recruitment*Project Management - planning and delivery *Understanding and experience of forecast demand planning.*Experienced in the planning and delivery of training programmes*Coaching techniquesThis is an excellent opportunity for a robust recruitment manager with a proven track record managing the resourcing function to work for a professional, leading company.
