Offering a salary of 26,000 - 28,000 plus live in accommodation can be provided - this is an opportunity not to be missed!! Job Description * The Head Pastry Chef will be responsible for a brigade of 3 Chefs and will be catering for a 40 seated fine dining restaurant a brasserie restaurant and functions and weddings. * The Pastry Chef will create and develop the dessert menus and have freedom in suppliers used. * The Pastry Chef will report directly to the Executive Head Chef Required Experience * The ideal candidate will either be currently working in a 3 or 4 Star property as a Head Pastry Chef or as a strong Pastry Sous Chef looking for their first step up * The Pastry Chef will be working or will have a strong background in a Rosette environment and will be comfortable catering for numbers up to 200 for banquets. Salary and Benefits Offering a salary of up to 28,000 dependent on experience plus live in accommodation.
