THE ROLE A requirement has arisen for a Permanents Consultant to join the team. You will have your own specialist market sector to develop but benefit from working in a highly supportive and motivated team environment. Your responsibilities will include: • Pro-actively identifying new business opportunities • interviewing and assessing candidates to determine their suitability for jobs • providing a high quality service in a professional business environment to both candidates and clients. • using sales, marketing and consulting skills to maintain and further develop relationships with your clients and candidates THE PERSON To be a successful recruitment consultant you need to be tenacious, determined and passionate about what you do. You must be able to deal with a variety of people in a confident, personable and professional manner and have the ambition to be the best at what you do. It's also critical that you have a sense of fun.
