The Right Person You'll need a track record in recruitment, ideally with experience and knowledge in the Hospitality and Catering recruitment sector. You'll be able to demonstrate success of managing large accounts, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded. You'll have excellent time management and organisation skills, and be reliable and committed to carving out a successful career. The Role Based in Leeds city centre, the successful Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for both temporary and permanent recruitment across Yorkshire. You will have complete responsibility for the whole recruitment process, you'll be expected to bring on new business and will inherit and manage existing accounts.
