Description: Job title: Call Handler / Customer Services Location: Milton Keynes Hourly rates of pay Basic Pay - (7:00 - 20:00) - £6.60 Saturday or night shift(20:00 - 22:00) - £8.58 Sunday and Bank holidays - £10.60 Call centre agent required for a company in Milton Keynes (Retail Assistant's would be considered aslong as demonstrate excellent customer service skills). All applicants must be able to undertake shift work. The role: · Answering calls from the public · Booking Appointments · Providing feedback on availability of appointments Skills: · Be proficient in Microsoft Word · Alpha numeric data entry Experience: · Previous customer service experience in retail or commercial desirable but not essential · Call centre experience will be an advantage, but not essential As this is a shifted environment, suitable candidates must be flexible and able to work allocated shifts. Operating hours are 7:00am - 22:00pm, Monday to Sunday. The position is full time and you will receive a monthly schedule with your shifts that will equate to 37.5 hours per week.
