Description: Company:My client is an established and respected distribution company, who hold a strong position in the logistics and distribution market. Due to growth and reputation they now seek a Qualified Accountant to join the finance team as a Management Accountant.Position Outline:As a management accountant joining this respected distribution company, you will work with and report to the group financial controller, preparing monthly management accounts to strict deadlines, posting of journals to general ledger compiling information for the completion of statistical government returns and statutory returns, with the role comes the responsibility for managing the finance administration team, ensuring all financial information is produced and completed in an accurate manner.Suitability Outline:This position will ideally suit a qualified accountant CIMA, ACCA or ACA with a strong record of producing accurate and timely management accounts, with the ability to present to senior board members translating financial information to accountants and non accountants alike, with experience of managing and mentoring a small finance team.
