Description: Senior Quantity Surveyor - Quantity Surveyor - Senior Cost Manager -Dubai·60000 AED per calendar month ·Major mixed use development - hotel, offices, commercial and leisure -circa 65 storeys·Multi national, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy.·Major construction consultancy with over 20 years experience in the UAE. ·Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Quantity surveyor needed to run project from inception to completion (cradle to the grave). Construction ConsultancyMy client has a wealth of experience in the UAE and are constantly winning new projects as well as getting repeat business. Due to the growth within the consultancy and new projects being awarded they require 2 senior quantity surveyors, cost managers too manage two new projects they have been awarded. Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity SurveyorMy client is ideally looking for someone who is ambitious and capable of managing projects worth in excess of £250 million. The senior quantity surveyor will have a minimum of 5 years experience of managing projects in the UAE. The Quantity surveyors will have mixed use commercial experience, as they will be working on the projects mentioned above. The senior quantity surveyor will have a relevant degree and ideally be RICS qualified. Remuneration for Senior Quantity SurveyorRemuneration for the ideal quantity surveyor, project surveyor will be circa 60000AED or equivalent £95000pa.
