Description: We are looking for Sales Consultants to join the team of one of our Retail Franchise Partners Bowens at their retail shop in Great Barr. Whilst operating as a First Choice franchise the role itself would be employed by Bowens not First ChoiceTo ensure that every customer has the perfect holiday, you'll sell products from our entire range in order to achieve individual sales and profits targets and offer exceptional customer service. You'll be attentive and confident with the customer, both face-to-face and over the telephone, and able to quickly and easily build rapport with customers whilst adapting the sales framework to meet their individual needs. For our companyYou will have extensive knowledge that enables you to confidently sell package holidays - air, cruise, UK, worldwide and ski holidays and also ancillary and insurance products. You will be self-motivated with strong communication skills and target-based sales experience and will also be comfortable working under pressure within this environment.What We're Looking ForEssential .
