A competent experienced Fleet manager is required to manage and co-ordinate a fleet of vehicles on a highways maintenance contract. This is the perfect appointment for somebody who is thorough and strives to constantly improve. The work is challenging yet rewarding as the working environment has a real buzz about it as it is busy and extremely team orientated.Purpose of the role: To support to both the Contract plant and workshop operations and fully control the plant purchases. Also to ensure records are maintained correctlyMain duties:Various administration tasks to include: ·Purchase ledger & plant queries ·Maintaining all plant records ·The Congestion Charge’s via the web ·Requests for fuel cards and place orders for bulk fuel ·Spot hire vehicles and plant as required inline with our supply chain ·“O” licence compliance for records/service ·Control location /workshop stock ·To maintain and issue service schedule weekly/monthly ·Liaison between garage/workshop and user to ensure repair/service or ·Liaise with suppliers for all repair’s inline with the supply chain ·Maintain driver licence records ·Ensure only approved suppliers /repairers are used ·Monitor receipt and collection notes for discrepancies ·Identify and process all damage/repair via DTM ·To attend meetings as required ·    Candidate Requirements:Awareness of statutory requirements ·        Driving licence (cat B min) · CPC City & Guilds       Understanding of office IT and communication systems ·        Knowledge of administration systems (document control etc) ·        Safety and environmental awareness in an office environmentApply Now by contacting Mikyla in confidence on 0207 420 1961 We welcome applications from candidates of all ages Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
