Description:  Our client requires an Area Officer to take control and supervision of Cleaning, Janitorial staff and Caretakers at specified locations throughout the company.Ensuring maintenance of a high standard of Cleaning and Janitorial service in compliance with relevant company policies.Staff Supervision, motivation and communications skills experience. Technical knowledge of cleaning materials systems and equipment. Vocational training and assessment skills. Experience of working under contract conditions.Candidates with ONC/HNC Business Management would be beneficial.Experience in similar position or equivalent qualifications is desired.
