Description: *Our client is looking for someone who comes from a strong sales background who has experience of selling a product rather than a service, preferably within the industrial industry.Duties include:* Maintenance of telesales database * Working closely with the field sales representatives and make introductory calls to potential new customers.* Telesales activity to proactively promote our products with new and existing customers.* Creation of a primary and secondary objective prior to every telesales call.* Effective time management to ensure that outbound calls are made within the core selling hours and utilising remaining time for input of customer orders and sales administration.* Handle all customer queries with a view to prompt resolution and liaise closely with customer care personnel when more detailed query resolution is required.*
